Late IBM Sir had been the Director & Chief Mentor of WOMS, a training & consulting firm and had guided CHRD from its inception. He was a passionate Trainer/Teacher/HR Professional with Engineering and Defence Service background with a B.E, MBA, L.L.B Degree. He had more than two decades of experience in Defence Services and Academics in the areas of electronics engineering/ operations/ training/ teaching. He was an NLP Practitioner & had undergone specialists’ training in technical and behavioural areas.  He had been engaged in providing People Skills training to Corporates & academia.
