Dr. S.K.Kar

Dr. S.K.Kar is a Bachelor in Engg, P.GD Tool Design, MBA, MS (TQM), PhD in Mechanical Engineering (Metal Matrix Nano Composites) & studied Project Management at Copenhagen & Quality Management in Japan. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from IIT-KGP & ASQ (USA).  He is having an experience of 31 years in various capacity in the field of Quality, Designing, Production, Training, Consultancy, Intellectual Property Rights etc. Presently, he is working as Chief of Consultancy, Quality, MSME Service Division at CTTC (MSME Technology Centre) Bhubaneswar, under Ministry of MSME, Govt of India.
